SeenIt
Terms
This version: 31 August 2026.
These terms are for SeenIt: the public marketing site and the shop-floor app. SeenIt is a trading name of Revived Leads Limited. If you use SeenIt for a charity, you confirm you can bind that charity to these terms.
Revived Leads Limited is registered in England and Wales. Company number 15692884. Registered office: Suite 1 & 2, The Business Centre, Innsworth Technology Park, Gloucester, United Kingdom, GL3 1DL.
By using the site or the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use SeenIt.
Questions: info@seen-it.uk.
The marketing site
Start a trial and Get started go to Pricing. This site has no checkout and no trial form. Talk to us opens mail to info@seen-it.uk.
We can change or take down pages without notice. We are not liable if the site is unavailable for a time.
Plans
The first 50 items are free. Standard is £197 a month, or two months free when you pay the year. Plus is £297 a month. Custom is for more than 10 shops. Prices are in GBP and are shown on Pricing.
You start a paid plan from the app. Card payment is through Stripe. It is not inside the shop-floor app. We do not see card numbers. Extra descriptions are not on Free. To change or cancel a paid plan, use the app if that control is there, or email info@seen-it.uk.
Cancel and refunds
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Free does not need a cancel step.
Monthly: no refund of the month you are in. You keep access until that month ends, then it stops.
Yearly: if you change your mind within 14 days of paying the year, we refund that payment in full. After 14 days there is no cash back. You keep access until the year you paid for ends.
Custom is agreed with us. Email info@seen-it.uk.
When you leave
After the month or year you paid for ends, sign-in stops. Delete any photos you do not want kept while you still have access. You can delete images in the app yourself. You do not need to email us for that.
If a person is removed from the account, their magic link stops working.
If you want the whole account and what is left of the catalogue removed after you leave, email info@seen-it.uk. We will confirm when it is gone.
Plan limits
Each plan has a shop cap and a people cap. Free is 1 shop and 5 people. Standard is up to 5 shops and 10 people. Plus is up to 10 shops and unlimited people. More than 10 shops is Custom. You must be on a plan that covers every shop and every person that uses SeenIt.
If you go over a cap, or we later find that you have more shops or people than your plan allows, we will ask you to upgrade. We do not charge the higher plan for you. If you do not upgrade, we can suspend or close the account.
More than 10 shops means you email info@seen-it.uk for Custom. A large charity cannot put every branch on Standard or Plus.
The app
The app is for a charity's owners, admins, and volunteers. People sign in with a magic link sent to the email they were invited with. There is no password to share. Do not hand your inbox to someone who should not sign in as you.
Owners and admins set prices. Volunteers photograph and tag what comes in. The floor does not type a price, and SeenIt does not invent one. A match is only saved when someone confirms it. "None of these" sends the item to the team.
Photo matching and pricing run in SeenIt's systems in the United Kingdom. There is no matching box that lives only in the shop. Matching never learns from other charities.
Optional AI descriptions can suggest a title, brand, or condition. They do not write a price. They use one credit each. That request goes to OpenAI.
What SeenIt is not
SeenIt is not a till. It is not stock or EPOS. It is not a public shopper search, and it is not a marketplace. It does not invent a price.
Your catalogue
Photos, titles, prices, and types you put in SeenIt stay that charity's. Another charity cannot see them. We do not use one charity's photos to help another charity's matches. We do not claim ownership of your catalogue.
Photos are of donated goods, not people. Do not photograph donors, volunteers, or children. If a face or a name is in the shot, delete that photo in the app.
You must have the right to upload the photos and to use the names you enter. Do not upload anything unlawful or that you do not have permission to use.
SeenIt's name, mark, and site copy stay ours. Using the app does not give you a licence to reuse those, except as needed to run your charity on SeenIt.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload, or scrape the site or the app. Do not attempt to see another charity's catalogue. Do not use SeenIt for anything unlawful.
We can suspend or close access if we believe these terms have been broken.
Links
The site may link to the app, to Stripe, or to other sites. Those other sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
Children
SeenIt is not aimed at children under 13. Do not invite anyone under 13 to the app.
English only
This first public site and these terms are English only.
Liability
We provide the marketing site and the app as they are. We do not promise they will always be up, or that a match will always be the item you meant. You still choose the price.
We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect loss from using SeenIt, except where the law does not let us limit that. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
If you are unhappy with SeenIt, you can stop using it and email info@seen-it.uk.
Changes
We can update these terms. The current version will always be on this page. This version is dated 31 August 2026.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to use another court.
