Your team does: an owner or admin. Volunteers photograph and tag what comes in; the price is always set by someone at head office, so nobody's guessing on the shop floor.
You choose. SeenIt shows the closest matches from what your shop's priced before, but nothing saves until you confirm it's the right one. Wrong photo, wrong match, or nothing close enough? "None of these" sends it straight to the team instead.
Nope. SeenIt runs right in your browser, on your phone or desktop. Add it to your home screen on iPhone or Android and it behaves just like an app, with no App Store or Play Store download needed.
Not at all. We'll email you a link to sign in. If you can open your inbox, you're in. Nothing to set, forget, or reset.
Photo matching is unlimited on every plan and never uses credits. It only finds matches; it never writes a price for you. Credits are only for the optional AI-written descriptions: one per description, some included on every plan, more available on paid plans. If you run out of those, matching and pricing keep working exactly as normal.
Straight into secure storage that belongs to your charity. Only your own admins and volunteers can see them. No other charity on SeenIt has access.
Nothing's lost. Volunteers just can't add anything new until you upgrade. You'll get an email when it's full, and you can move to a paid plan right from Settings whenever you're ready.
