This policy is for SeenIt: the public marketing site and the shop-floor app. SeenIt is a trading name of Revived Leads Limited.

The charity that uses SeenIt is the data controller for its catalogue and the people it invites. Revived Leads Limited, trading as SeenIt, is the processor. We handle that data only to run SeenIt for that charity.

Personal data means information that can identify a person on its own or when put with other information we hold.

Questions, access, correction, or deletion: info@seen-it.uk. Email is not a secure way to send private information. If you send it that way, you accept that risk.

The marketing site

Start a trial and Get started go to Pricing. This site has no waitlist, no newsletter, and no trial form. We do not ask for a work email here and we do not store one.

If you email info@seen-it.uk, that message stays in the inbox. We do not copy it into a CRM or a spreadsheet.

The marketing site is hosted on Vercel. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies. We do not treat scrolling as consent. The cookie bar only remembers Accept or Reject in this browser so it does not ask again. That choice is not used to track you.

The app

The app holds a charity's catalogue: item photos, titles, prices, types, and the people invited to that charity. Photo matching and pricing run in SeenIt's systems in the United Kingdom. There is no on-site matching box in the shop.

Catalogue photos and records are stored in the United Kingdom, on a virtual private cloud.

Only that charity's owners, admins, and volunteers can see its photos. Another charity cannot. Matching never learns from other charities. We do not use one charity's photos to help another charity's matches.

People at SeenIt can open an image when something is broken and we need to fix it. We do not sit and watch what you upload.

Photos in SeenIt are of donated goods, not people. Do not photograph donors, volunteers, or children. If a face or a name is in the shot, delete that photo in the app. You can delete your own images yourself. You do not need to email us for that.

Optional AI descriptions send the photo and the types already on that charity's list to OpenAI, so the suggestion can use your words. We do not send the charity's name, address, or people list with that request. Matching never writes a price.

People sign in with a magic link sent to the email they were invited with. We have not published how long that sign-in record is kept. Ask info@seen-it.uk if you need the period.

Who else sees data

Vercel hosts this marketing site. Stripe handles card payments. That payment is separate from the shop-floor app. We do not see card numbers. OpenAI sees the optional AI description request: the photo and the types on that charity's list. There are no other vendors.

Children

SeenIt is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you think we have, email info@seen-it.uk and we will delete it.

How long we keep data

Marketing emails to info@seen-it.uk stay in the inbox until we no longer need them. App catalogue data stays for as long as the charity has a SeenIt account. You can delete photos in the app at any time. If you want the whole account removed after you leave, email info@seen-it.uk. When we no longer need personal data, we delete it or we anonymise it.

How we keep data safe

We use organisational and technical measures to reduce accidental loss, unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. Traffic between your browser and our sites uses an encrypted connection.

If there is a personal data breach we will tell you and the relevant regulator when the law requires it.

Your rights

UK GDPR applies. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict it, or object to our use of it. You can ask for data portability. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes

We can update this policy. The current version will always be on this page. This version is dated 31 August 2026.
